If you are an Pharmacy applicant applying to Continental Testing Services PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF GRADUATION, you must submit a completed Education Form EDPHM to complete your application. If you pass both the NAPLEX and MPJE examinations, please submit proof of actual graduation to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation along with your application for licensure and payment in order to obtain your license. If you do not pass both the NAPLEX and/or MPJE examinations prior to graduation, you must submit proof of actual graduation to Continental Testing Services prior to being scheduled for another examination.
As of January 16, 2007 Dual Application process is required.
You need to complete the Continental Testing Application using the online application process (see instructions below).
Please register to Continental Testing Services and to NABP simultaneously in order to receive your Authorization to Test.
You must register with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) at www.nabp.net and pay the required examination fee.
Once you have completed both processes and are determined eligible you will receive:
An Authorization to Test from Pearson View.
If you have completed a score transfer to the State of Illinois with a passing score within one year (365 days) of applying for examination through Continental Testing Services, you only need to apply for the MPJE Law examination and pay the appropriate fee for this exam. You do not need to apply to take the NAPLEX examination through our office since you have already completed this exam. Please indicate your exam attempt under the record of examination when completing your application online. Please note all fees are non-refundable
