Please read the following instructions before applying online for examination. The Engineer Intern (Fundamentals of Engineering) Examination is offered twice a year in April and October. Undergraduates applying for examination must be a Senior in an ABET accredited program with an expected graduation date of less that a year from the date of examination in order to apply with Continental Testing Services. It is extremely important to enter your correct graduation date. It can make the difference in whether or not you are scheduled for examination. Beginning with the October 2010 examination, all applicants must also register with NCEES in order to obtain an identification number. All applicants must provide this number to Continental Testing Services when applying to us. If you do not register with Continental Testing Services to schedule your examination and with NCEES at www.ncees.org in order to obtain an ID number, you WILL NOT be scheduled for examination. You will be able to register with NCEES beginning in the first week of July. No applicant will be allowed to register after the deadline for any reason. All fees are subject to change based on NCEES Board Examination expense. All graduate applicants must submit their official transcript from an ABET accredited program for their BS degree to our office in order to be approved for examination. It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that the supporting documents are received in our office. Status is available on our home page under “Get Your Application Status and Grades.” Your entity is IDFPR and your profession is 061 Engineer Intern. Please allow Continental Testing Services time for application screening after your documents are submitted. Failure to follow all of the examination instructions will result in your not being scheduled for examination.
