IF YOU ARE APPLYING AS AN ENGINEER IN TRAINING, YOU MUST APPLY UNDER THE 061 PROFESSION CODE (EIT).
The Professional Engineer Examination is offered twice a year in April and October. Also, if you are applying for the Fundamentals of Engineering only as an undergraduate in their senior year, you must apply as an 061 Engineer Intern, not an 062 Professional Engineer.
NOTE ALL APPLICATIONS ARE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. YOU MUST COMPLETE A FULL APPLICATION WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION UPON APPLICATION EXPIRATION!
All fees are subject to change based on NCESS Board Examination expense.

IF A RETAKE CANDIDATE: PROCEED TO ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
Please note the examinations are always on Friday and Saturday. The Fundamentals exam is always on the second examination day (Saturday) and the Principles and Practices exam is always on the first examination day (Friday).
