Computerized Test
A Dual Application process is required.
You need to complete the Continental Testing Application using the online application process (see instructions below).
You must register with the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) at www.fsbpt.org and pay the required fee.
Once you have completed both processes and are determined eligible you willl receive:
an authorization to Test Email from FSBPT.
As of June 30, 2011 the PT Exam will be offered on one day schedule ONLY: see the schedule below. Candidates are required to choose the exam and fixed date location, it should be noted that location is on a first-come basis. Once a site location is filled, no other candidates will be scheduled by Prometric and an alternate site will have to be chosen.
The Att will have the information required for time and place exam scheduling. An additional fee of $65.00 will be required at that time.
You will have to take the exam on the selected date. If you do not complete the examination on your date, you will be required to pay all fees and apply again to both CTS and FSBPT.
