- Complete the Continental Testing Services Application by applying online at www.continentaltesting.net and pay the required administration fee.
- Register for the examination by referring to the AAVSB Web site (http://www.aavsb.org) for information on how to apply for the VTNE Exam on-line and pay the $300.00 by Credit Card
*NOTE: The test fee is for the cost of the examination only and is not transferraable from one exam date to another.
