Physical Therapist Assistant
Computerized Test
As of November 1, 2006 Dual Application process is required.
You need to complete the Continental Testing Application using the online application process (see instructions below).
You must register with the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) at www.fsbpt.org and pay the required fee.
Once you have completed both processes and are determined eligible you willl receive:
An Approval Letter from CTS
An Authorization to Test from FSBPT.
The Att will have the information required for time and place exam scheduling. An additional fee of $50.00 will be required at that time.
You have 60 days to schedule and pass the exam. If you do not complete the examination process the ATT will expire and you will be required to pay all fees and apply again.Dual Application required.
