Computerized dual registration examination. You need to complete the Illinois Application found at IL Applications
You can obtain the Commission on Dietetic Registration by calling the CDR Board
at (312) 899-0040 X4859.
Once you are determined eligible, you will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) letter in 4 to 6 weeks. Your ATT will contain the necessary information to schedule yourself for the examination. This ATT authorization expires after the test is taken or one (1) year after authorization, whichever occurs first.
