Computerized dual registration examination. You need to complete the CTS Application as described below You must complete the MFT Scanform which can be obtained at the Illinois Department of Finance and Professional Regulation at (217) 785-0800. http://www.idfpr.com/dpr/WHO/marfm.asp Once you are determined eligible, you will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) letter in 4 to 6 weeks. Your ATT will contain the necessary information to schedule yourself for the examination. This ATT authorization expires after the test period. Test Period of January 11, 2010 through February 6, 2010 with an application deadline of November 30, 2009. You must take the examination within the window applied for or reapply with a new fee.
