Continental Testing Services no longer has any testing dates available for this year. We will only be accepting applications for applicants who would like to receive a temporary permit. We will not be accepting any applications for applicants who need to retake the exam unless they have never requested a temporary permit and would now like to receive one. The examination date listed below is a fictitious date and real examination dates must be obtained using the website listed below. All applicants still must complete and submit the Certification of Training, Apprentice Training Record (if you have been trained as an apprentice) and the Legal Status Addendum. All of these forms are available under General Forms for Wisconsin on our website. All other applications will be returned to the applicants.



A screening fee of $30.00 will be applied to each candidate applying. An additional fee of $10.00 will be added if a temporary license is indicated. ALL FEES IN EXCESS OF OUR SCREENING FEE AND TEMP LICENSE FEE WILL BE SENT TO THE NEW VENDOR

TEMPORARY PERMIT  A temporary permit is available for Electrologist for a fee of $10.00.  The temporary is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and CANNOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED.  A temporary permit shall not be issued until the applicant has been approved to take the exam and all fees are paid.
