How long does it take to get exam results?
Depending on the profession, receipt of examination results can range from 4 to 8 weeks.

How long before I receive my admission notice for examination?
Admission notices are generally mailed 2 weeks prior to the exam date. If you do not receive an admission notice 7 days before the exam please contact our office. A fax number is required to receive a notice at this late date.

Can I get into the exam without my admission notice?
No. All applicants for examination must have an admission notice to enter the exam.

Why does my application not include a reference sheet for page 4 part V11 Examination Coding Information?
This information is usually only needed for paper and pencil exams and is not required for most computerized examinations.

How long is my application good for?
Generally, applications are good for three years.

If I don't meet all the requirements to sit for an examination, what happens to my fee?
All fees are non-refundable, however your fee and your application will remain in pending status for one year or until such time as the requirements are met, which ever comes first.

Are photocopies acceptable?
Photo copies are not acceptable. CTS must have original documents in order to approve your application.

Can I fill out the application in pencil?
All applications and accompanying documents must be completed in ink. If your application is completed in pencil, it will be returned.

Filing Deadlines - Does the application have to be in office or postmarked by the filing deadline?
New applications have to be in office by the deadline. Retakes have to be postmarked by the deadline.
