Illinois 811 - Licensed Cosmetologist - Chinese
Simplified Chinese examinations will be available in written form at the Michigan Avenue Test Center in Chicago administered by PSI.
All letters (emails) to CTS referring to exams in Chinese must be written in English to receive a response. 所有有关中文测试的信件 (电子邮件) 必须使用英语书写，才会收到CTS的回复
- All candidates will be contacted by email when approval to test is determined.
- You have 60 days from the date of the email to schedule and take your exam.
- If you do not complete your examination within 60 days, your fee is forfeit.
- If you must change or cancel your test date, you must notify PSI within two (2) business days.

If you were ABSENT from your exam date or if you have allowed your exam window or ATT to EXPIRE, you must Re-apply
Do not re-apply to take an exam until you have received your Official Result Letter from Continental Testing Services, Inc.
If you are a FIRST TIME CANDIDATE OR RE-APPLYING WITH AN OFFICIAL RESULT LETTER, please continue.
